Step 1 – Ending All Background Process

Press Alt + Ctrl + Del together on your Laptop/Desktop and choose Task Manager. If you’re using Windows XP, Task Manager should open automatically
– Go to the ‘Processes’ Tab
– Search for Badoo.exe or Badoo.Desktop.exe
– Click it
– Select ‘End Process

Always be extra sure to End Process, or else you will get an error message

Step 2 – Uninstalling Badoo

– Go to Control Panel
– Choose Add/Remove Program
– Select Badoo
– Uninstall

– Click on C: Drive
– Go to ProgramData
– Click on the folder named Badoo
– Click on BadooDesktop
– Click on 1.6.55.1183
– Click on MsiExec.exe

Step 3 – Removing Badoo From Registry (Advanced Users)

– Click on Start Menu
– Click Run
– Type ‘REGEDIT
– Registry Editor will open
– On the left column expand HKEY_CURRENT_USER
– Expand ‘Software‘ located under HKEY_CURRENT_USER
– Right Click on the folder located on the left column called Badoo
– Delete

Step 4 – Removing Browser High-Jack

– Open Browser
– Go to Settings
– Choose preferred name for ‘Default Home Page
– Change Preferred Search Engine settings
– Restart browser
